At Lux Dag för Dag, the produce guide the menu – from soil to table. We serve plums when they’re at their juiciest, fennel just after it’s been harvested, and buck when the hunt has been good. When we work with meat and fish, We make full use of the entire animal – nothing goes to waste.
We collaborate with small‑scale local producers, hunters, vegetable growers, farmers, and fishers who share our philosophy of sustainability. By sourcing from our surrounding region, we avoid unnecessary transport and can take care of the ingredients in the best possible way. We also love heading out into the forests and fields ourselves to forage, pick, and harvest, and during hunting season we make sure there is house‑hunted game on the menu.
Every day, Henrik Norström and the team create a menu based on the finest local produce. A menu composed of smaller dishes that move between classic Swedish notes and influences from around the world. Simply presented, allowing the ingredients to shine, and full of flavour.

You’ll find us in our homely dining room on Lilla Essingen. In summer, the veranda awaits with views over Lake Mälaren, a cooling breeze, and the calming sound of water lapping against the shore.
