Lux 20 years

Time flies!
It’s been 20 years since we established Lux. What fond memories we have from all our meetings with you, our guests, our staff and our producers.
This we need to celebrate! We will serve a 7 course menu with favourites from previous years up til now. Same wonderful producers that we are so fortunate to collaborate with. Join our celebration on the 29th, 30th, 31 st of March and 1st of April for dinner. We offer wine pairings as usual. Welcome to a wonderful, delicious evening and a journey through our memory lane.

Tartlette with Jerusalem artichoke cream, vendace from Mälaren and Swedish caviar from Junköfiskarna
Apple bisquit with paté of rooster liver from Hagby, pickled onion and matured lavendel oil
Blackened langoustine from Fjällbacka with langoustine butter, sea buck thorn and quinoa
Pike-perch from Ängsöfisk, smoked belly, bouillon, whitefish roe from Norrland and spring sprouts from Nibble garden
Tataki of reindeer from Soukolojärvi with juniper emulsion and fir
Grilled lamb steak from Järinge farm, crispy lamb lard, gravy and cream of garlic from Sörmland
Glass rhurbarb from Stora Tollby, sweet crisp, ice cream of yoghurt from Gotland and cardamom
