Easter buffet

Welcome to our Easter buffet. This is served Maundy Thursday lunch and dinner and Good Friday-Easter Eve from 2 p.m.
The first buffet:
Dill cured salmon
Mustard sauce with dill
Egg halves with shrimp
Creamy shrimps with dill
Smoked salmon
Mayonnaise
Dill- and sea buckthorn herrring
Mustard herring
Lemon- and timut pepper herring
Boiled potato
Mushroom bouillon
Rye bread, fennel crisp bread and ripe cheese
Broccoli with horseradish dressing
Tomato salad with feta cheese and crutons
Cabbage salad with yuzu dressing and sesame
Second buffet:
Roasted brioche
Poached egg, sautéd spinach, asparagus and hollandaise
Herb roasted lamb steak with potato gratin
Lux smoked rainbow salmon with pickled cucumber and mayonnaise
Haricôts verts with onion vinaigrette
Roasted cauliflower with pesto of sunflower seeds, salted lemon and browned butter
Small sausages
Meatballs, cream sauce, potato and lingonberries
Third buffet:
Chocolate cake with coconut meringue
Rhubarb compote with roasted white chocolate
Lux cheesecake with almonds, jam and whipped cream
Sour cream cream with cardamom and apple
Lux Butter fried small pancakes with raspberry jam and whipped cream
Dessert cheese, fig marmalade and fennel crisp bread
